PURPOSE: A pulse compression apparatus is provided to eliminate noise generated when forming a pulse compressor of an FPGA(field programmable gate array) mode.;CONSTITUTION: A pulse compressor(100) comprises an FFT(fast fourier transform) converting unit(120), a pulse compression unit(140), and an IFFT(inverse fast fourier transform) converting unit(150). The FFT converting unit fourier-transforms a compression estimating sampling signal among sampling signals of a radar receiving signal and outputs a sampling fourier conversion signal. The pulse compression unit creates a compression sampling signal which processing a reference signal to the sampling fourier conversion signal.
