PURPOSE: A variable capacity swash plate type compressor is provided to prevent refrigerant including oil being concentrated with an oil separation unit formed in a lug plate because a sleeve opens a through-hole and to reduce oil separating performance because the refrigerant including the oil is distributed to the through-hole and the oil separation unit of the lug plate.;CONSTITUTION: A variable capacity swash plate type compressor comprises an oil separating unit(300), a drain hole(310), and a through-hole. The oil separation unit is formed in a lug plate(130). The drain hole is formed in a driving shaft so that the refrigerant in which the oil is separated is discharged to a crank chamber. The through-hole is formed in the driving shaft to across the drain hole and opened and closed depending on variations of an inclined angle of a swash plate(140).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
