PURPOSE: A transfer pipe for a ready-mix concrete pump car and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a transfer pipe from bursting due to transfer pressure from ready-mix concrete due to the hardness of the outer periphery of the transfer pipe being less than that of the inner periphery.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a transfer pipe for a ready-mix concrete pump car comprises the steps of: coating an anti-carburizing solution on the outer periphery of a transfer pipe which is made of a chrome molybdenum steel sheet(A), and carburizing the transfer pipe by inserting the transfer pipe to a furnace at 495-500°C and increasing the temperature of the furnace to 815-820°C for 85-90 minutes(B).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (A) Coating an anti-carburizing solution on the outer periphery of a transfer pipe; (B) Carburizing the transfer pipe with the anti-carburizing solution coated on the outer periphery thereof
