PURPOSE: A composition containing a formulation which measures gene expression level for diagnosing central nervous system lymphatic tumor is provided to develop a central nervous system lymphatic tumor-specific anticancer agent. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing central nervous system lymphatic tumor contains an agent which measures mRNA level of NPFFR2(neuropeptide FF receptor 2), C4orf7(chromosome 4 open reading frame 7), OSMR(oncostatin M receptor), EMCN(endomucin), TPO(thyroid peroxidase), FNDC1(fibronectin type III domain containing 1), COL12A1(collagen, type XII, alpha 1) or MSC(musculin) gene or protein expression level thereof. The agent for measuring mRNA level is a primer or probe which specifically binds to gene. The agent for measuring protein level contains an antibody which is specific to the protein.
