LADLE LIFTING DEVICE CAPABLE OF PREVENTING SLAG, FLOWING OVER A LADLE, FROM FLOWING INTO A LIFTING LUG

PURPOSE: A ladle lifting device is provided to extend the life span of a lifting lug and improve work efficiency by preventing overflowing slag from flowing into the lifting lug.;CONSTITUTION: A ladle lifting device comprises a trunnion(20), a lifting lug(30), and a first barrier protrusion. The trunnion comprises a support plate attached to the outer side of a ladle and a fastening rod which is vertically protruded from the support plate into a cylindrical shape. The lifting lug has a slot whose horizontal diameter is greater than vertical diameter to insert the trunnion and a hanging part at the top of the slot for holding a crane. The first barrier protrusion is formed along the outer periphery of the slot to prevent foreign materials from flowing into the slot.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
