PURPOSE: SUPL(Secure User Plane Location Service) and communication apparatus handling method thereof are provided to report the calculated speed and location to the agent of a communication apparatus by satisfying the calculated speed of the communication apparatus with a trigger condition.;CONSTITUTION: After an SUPL agent which locates in an SET(Supl Enable Terminal) receives a location determination request, the SET obtains one or more trigger parameters of an SUPL service which is operated a speed from an H-SLP(Home-SULP Location confirmation Platform)(302). The current speed of the SET is satisfied with a standard determined according to one or more trigger parameters, the SET obtains the calculated speed of the SET and the calculated location(304).
