PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mono-dispersible nano particle array, a nano-particle array manufactured by the same and applications thereof are provided to evaporating the mono-dispersible nano-particle array by using a block copolymer lithography mode.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mono-dispersible nano particle array comprises the following step: combining metal ion to a polymer by contacting the polymer to the metal ion. The polymer is a block copolymer of two or more polymers. One or more block copolymers has electric charge opposite to the metal self-assembling the block copolymer; dipping the block copolymer in the metal ion solution; combining the polymer with the metal ion in the metal ion solution; and removing the block copolymer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
