PURPOSE: A concrete synthesis steel pipe truss beam, having economic and stable structure, and a bridge construction method using the same are provided to enable an operator install an environment friendly bridge and to improve the aesthetic feature of city. CONSTITUTION: A concrete synthesis steel pipe truss beam, having economic and stable structure, is composed like next. A base plate, a shear reinforcement connector(60) and diagonal member(C) are fixed on a space of a concrete upper chord member. A reinforcing steel bar(14) is arranged in the space part of the concrete top chord and the space part of two side portions. The concrete mortar is poured integrally and cured. The slab concrete is poured on the concrete synthesis steel pipe truss beam and cured.
