PURPOSE: A conductive polymer/transition metal oxide/carbon nanotube nanocomposite is provided to improve the conductivity of an electrode by a carbon nanotube and to increase a energy storage capacity by transition metal oxides. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer/transition metal oxide/carbon nanotube nanocomposite comprises the steps of: forming a transition metal oxide/carbon nanotube nanocomposite by synthesizing transition metal oxide on the carbon nanotube; synthesizing the transition metal oxide/carbon nanotube nanocomposite with an electrode; and coating a conductive polymer on the metal oxide/carbon nanotube nanocomposite electrode.
