Scaffold for skin tissue regeneration and artificial skin using the same

摘要

PURPOSE: A structure for regenerating skin tissue and artificial skin using the same are provided to adjust pore rate and size and to obtain excellent mechanical property. CONSTITUTION: A structure for regenerating skin tissue is manufactured into a three-dimensional structure in a stage where the surface temperature of biocompatible material is maintained at minus 50-0 deg.C. The frozen and dried pore size is 100-300 micrometers. The strand of the frozen and dried structure is cross-linked after freezing and drying.
