PURPOSE: An eco-friendly carcass treating apparatus is provided to facilitate a transferring process and an assembling process with respect to the apparatus by being divided into a grinding unit, a sterilizing unit, a storing unit, and a heating unit. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly carcass treating apparatus includes a grinding unit(100) and a sterilizing unit(200). The grinding unit includes a hopper, a rotating blade, and a fixing blade. Carcass is introduced through the hopper. The rotating blade is shaft-rotatably installed at the inside of the hopper. The fixing blade crosses the rotating blade. The sterilizing unit includes a sterilizing drum(210) and a rotationally heating shaft(220). Ground carcass is introduced into the sterilizing drum. The rotationally heating shaft heats and transfers the carcass.
