A Distributed and Agent-based Operation Control System for Container Terminals and Method of the Same

PURPOSE: An agent-based distributed operation control system for a container terminal and method thereof are provided to improve the operation process ability of a system by dispersing communication load to various individual servers. CONSTITUTION: One or more agents(121-123) set up working execution plans of loading a container. The agents execute specific functions for individual loading operation. A process manager exchanges information through a distributed network. The process manager synchronizes loading and transporting device of the container.
