PURPOSE: A carbon-based nano composite and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce electric resistance by generating the flow of currents with different directions on graphene and carbon nano-tube. CONSTITUTION: A carbon-based nano composite includes a substrate(1), a graphene sheet(2), and a carbon-based nano material(3). The graphene sheet is formed in parallel with the substrate. The carbon-based nano material is formed on one side of the graphene sheet. The directions of graphene and the carbon-based nano material form a pre-set angle. The aspect ratio of the carbon-based nano material is between 2 and 75,000.
