PURPOSE: An LED navigation lamp circuit for a safe ship navigation is provided to prevent an accident by automatically sensing illumination performance and remaining lifetime of an LED navigation lamp. CONSTITUTION: An LED navigation lamp(20) is turned on at night or bad weather. An illumination sensing unit(30) measures illumination at a preset distance from the LED navigation lamp. A power supply unit(60) is turned on at a specific temperature. A control unit(10) determines a disqualification illumination state if the illumination is sensed below the minimum illumination. A display unit(40) operates accumulated use time and turns on the lamp. A transmitting unit(50) transmits state information of the LED navigation lamp by wire or wireless.
