PURPOSE: A heat monitoring device, a system and a method of a connection box for a power cable and the connection box for the power cable including the same are provided to reduce a monitoring cost by making a thermosensor or an expert unnecessary in order to monitor internal robustness or an excessive load state. CONSTITUTION: A cyan pigment(101) has a form of a microcapsule(110). Plural pairs of electron donors and electron acceptors are formed within the microcapsule. If temperature rises, plural pairs of electron donors and electron acceptors get separated from one another and show transparent colour. A casing is made of a coating layer by coating synthetic resin including the cyan pigment.
