PURPOSE: A retaining wall using a reinforced earth block and a retaining wall construction method using the same are provided to enable the construction of a retaining wall only using a reinforced earth block made of concrete material. CONSTITUTION: A retaining wall using a reinforced earth block comprises a post(10) and a reinforced earth block(20). The post has a fitting groove on both sides. The fitting grooves are depressed on a straight line. The posts are laid underground at constant intervals. The reinforced earth block has a fitting projection(22) on a left side and a right side thereof. The fitting projection is projected at a fixed length.
