Method for History and Sale Management of Stock Farm Products

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for history and sale management of stock farm products are provided to manage the entity history information depending on an entity identification number. CONSTITUTION: A first scanner(130) reads out a first entity identification number attached to livestock products. If the livestock products are moved from a cut-of-meat processing plant, a manager terminal(110) assigns a second entity identification number to the livestock products. Plural display units(150) display the entity information of a partial meat, and a second scanner(140) scans the second entity identification number.
