PURPOSE: An acrylate-adhesive resin composition is provided to obtain a photocurable removable adhesive composition with high initial adhesive property, no foreign substances or residues, and low releasability. CONSTITUTION: An acrylate-adhesive resin composition comprises, based on 100.0 parts by weight of an adhesive acrylic binder resin, 1-30 parts by weight of (meth)acrylic acids and 1-30 parts by weight of dicarboxylic anhydrides. The adhesive acrylic binder resin includes 70-98 parts by weight of (meth)acrylic acid ester monomers having a C1-14 alkyl group and 2-30 parts by weight of (meth)acrylic acid monomers having a glycidyl functional group. The photocurable removable adhesive composition comprises the acrylate-adhesive resin composition, hardener and photoinitiator.
