PURPOSE: A pattern blanket, a manufacturing method thereof and a pattern formation method using the same are provided to minimize non-uniformity of thickness by manufacturing the blanket by comma-coating a silicon resin on a flexible master mold. CONSTITUTION: A silicon resin layer(222) is formed on one side of a master mold(111). A fixing film(333) is formed on the silicon resin layer. The master mold is made by forming a pattern on one side of a thermoplastic resin. An adhesive layer(444) is formed between the silicon resin layer and the fixing film. The thermoplastic resin is a flexible film, copper plate, or stainless steel foil selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate, polymethylmethacrylate, polycarbonate, polyethylene and polypropylene.
