PURPOSE: Activated charcoal for simultaneously eliminating air pollutants in dust and gaseous phases and a method for manufacturing a thin electrode using the same are provided to uniformly attach dust by increasing the specific surface area of an electrode plate.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a thin electrode based on activated charcoal includes the following: a binder-mixed activated charcoal is formed by mixing activated charcoal powder and a binding material(S10); the binder-mixed activated charcoal is formed into slurry(S11); the activated charcoal slurry is coated on the surface of a conductor(S12); and the conductor coated with the slurry charcoal slurry is dried(S13). The binding material is polyvinyl acetate. In order to form the binder-mixed activated charcoal into the slurry, a volatile solvent is injected into the binder-mixed activated charcoal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
