PURPOSE: A large area and high energy conversion efficiency organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase current density by increasing an optical absorption among via a plasmon resonance effect and adopting a highly conductive organic/inorganic complex buffer layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic solar cell includes a substrate(110), the first electrode(120), an organic/inorganic complex buffer layer(130), an optical conversion layer(140) and the second electrode(150). The first electrode is formed on the substrate by coating a transparent electrode material based on a sputtering, a spin coating or a doctor blade method. The organic/inorganic complex buffer layer is formed on the first electrode by using a spin coating or a deep coating method. The second electrode is deposited on the optical conversion layer within a thermal deposit apparatus.
