PURPOSE: A constant temperature and humidity device capable of specimen weigh measurement and a measuring method of relative moisture content using the same are provided to enlarge the temperature range available for measuring the relative moisture content of a specimen. CONSTITUTION: A constant temperature and humidity device comprises a constant-temperature constant-humidity chamber(10a), a scale, and a loading member(5a). The constant-temperature constant-humidity chamber measures the weight variation of a specimen according to drying state by using a suspending load support stand. The weight variation of specimen according to specimen drying state is measured by the scale.
