PURPOSE: An anchor insulator for preventing an electric shock is provided to shorten work time by assembling or disassembling a distribution line support unit in a supporter without a coupling unit.;CONSTITUTION: A fixture insertion hole(11a) is formed in a supporter body(11). A locking bar(12) is movably inserted into the supporter body. An elastic piece A spring(13) triggers the locking bar. A support unit(10) has an elastic piece(14) installed on the bottom of the supporter body. An insulator(21) has a distribution line receiving groove(21a) to which a distribution line is fixed.
