PURPOSE: A One component type clear coat composition is provided to maintain initial color as long as possible by minimizing scratch generated on the surface of vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A One component type clear coat composition having high scratch resistance comprises 35-45 weight% acryl resin, 20-25 weight% melamine resin, 5-10 weight silane-modified block isocyanate resin, 15-20 weight% flow-controllable resin, 0.2-0.3 weight% leveling agent, 1.0-1.5 weight% ultraviolet-absorbing agent, 0.3-0.6 weight% UV stabilizer, 2-3 weight% reaction accelerator and 12-15 weight% solvent. The glass transition temperature of the acrylic resin is -5-15 C and the viscosity is 500-600 cps. The melamine resin is butylated melamine resin.
