The present invention provides a vaccine composition for preventing atrophic rhinitis in pigs comprising pegylated chitosan microparticles containing Bordetella bronchiseptica Dermonecrotoxin (BBD), pegylated chitosan microparticles and pigs using the vaccine composition. It relates to a method for preventing atrophic rhinitis.
