DUAL LAYERS COMPOSITE FABRICS OF POLYESTER SPUNBOND NONWOVEN FABRICS AND WOVEN FABRIC USED AS PRIMARY BACKING CLOTH FOR ARTIFICIAL TURF

摘要

PURPOSE: A polyester-based non-woven fabric and a method for fabricating the same are provided to obtain primary backing cloth with excellent physical property and performance. CONSTITUTION: A composite fabric for primary backing cloth contains 70-85 wt% of mono-polyester polymer filament with 6-8 denier and 15-30 wt% of polyester copolymer filament of 3-5 denier. A non-woven fabric is fabricated by spinning mono-polyester polymer filament and polyester copolymer filament, and heating in a flat calendar at 130-140C and 20-30 DaN/cm.
