Carbazate metal complexes and manufacturing method of metal chalcogenide nanoparticles using the same

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a single carbazate metal complex using metal source and chalcogenide is provided to easily control the size of nanoparticles without toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A carbazate metal complex is denoted by chemical formula 1. The complex is prepared by mixing carbazate indium complex of chemical formula 1 with carbazate copper complex of chemical formula 3. A method for preparing metal chalcogenide nanoparticles comprises: a step of reacting a carbazate compound of chemical formula 3 and indium metal salt to prepare a carbazate indium complex; a step of reacting the carbazate compound and copper metal salt to prepare a carbazate copper complex; and a step of mixing the carbazate indium complex with carbazate copper complex in a mole ratio of 1:1-3.
