PURPOSE: An advanced purification method of betulonic acid and high purity boc-lysinated betulonic acid, a producing method of piperazine betulonic acid amide derivative using the high purity betulonic acid, and the derivative are provided to obtain the high purity betulonic acid from a reaction outcome of an organic synthesis process.;CONSTITUTION: An advanced purification method of betulonic acid comprises the following steps: injecting a jones oxidation reagent into a mixed solution of acetone and betulin, and organic synthesis reacting to obtain betulonic acid before filtering the concentrating; inserting ethyl acetate into the obtained concentrate for liquid-liquid extracting the betulonic acid; inserting a saturated sodium chloride aqueous solution into the ethyl acetate solution with the betulonic acid for washing, and removing impurities from the mixture; and drying the mixture to obtain the high purity betulonic acid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
