PURPOSE: An oil separating system for a CNG charging station is provided to reduce the pulsation phenomenon, and to improve the function of an oil separator using the centrifugal force and the orifice principle. CONSTITUTION: An oil separating system for a CNG charging station comprises the following: an oil separator(110) receiving gas from a compressor containing oil with the oil oscillation-movement in the specific frequency by the pulsation phenomenon, for separating the oil from the gas by the kinetic energy obtained by colliding the gas to an inner wall; an oil separation filter filtering the oil from the gas; a returning tank(150) collecting the filtered oil; and a pulsating control valve(140) performing the oil oscillation-movement for offsetting the oil oscillation-movement from the compressor.
