PURPOSE: A biological treating method for non-degradable wastewater and a wastewater treating agent are provided to biologically treat non-degradable wastewater without physical/chemical pre-treatment using complex microorganism liquid.;CONSTITUTION: A biological treating method for non-degradable wastewater includes the following: complex microorganism liquid is maintained at a temperature between 15 and 28 degrees Celsius; 50-95 weight% of a raw cultivating material and 5-50 weight% of the complex microorganism liquid are mixed; 0.01-1 parts by weight of mixed microorganisms(BM-S-1) is inoculated with 100 parts by weight of the mixed material at a temperature between 65 and 85 degrees Celsius; the mixed material is cultivated; the cultivated product is dried; the dried product is cultivated into liquid state to obtain microorganism liquid; and the microorganism population of the microorganism liquid is multiplied and activated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
