PURPOSE: A system for treating bio-organic materials and a method for treating the bio-organic materials using the same are provided to physically, chemically, and biologically separate water from aqueous low molecular organic materials and to collect organic materials as resources.;CONSTITUTION: A system for treating bio-organic materials includes a hydrothermal decomposing unit(200) and a bio energy collecting unit. The hydrothermal decomposing unit secures the concentrations of hydrogen ions and hydroxyl ions in the water of bio-organic materials to be more than or equal to 3.0x10^-12(mol/L)^2. The cell membrane inlet of the bio-organic materials based on polymer insoluble protein is hydrothermal decomposed into low molecular water soluble organic materials based on the hydrogen ions and hydroxyl ions. The low molecular water soluble organic materials are molten by cell liquid to form cell membrane holes, and the cell liquid of the hydrothermal decomposed organic materials transfers through the holes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
