PURPOSE: A dental handpiece is provided to discharge foreign materials which are introduced within a head by the blowing power of an expeller.;CONSTITUTION: A dental handpiece comprises a casing, an impeller(120), an expeller(140), and a pair of bearings(150a,150b). The casing forms the outside of a head. The impeller rotates tools. The expeller blocks the inflow of foreign materials and prevents suck back. A pair of bearings support the impeller.
