MULTI-VORTEX NOZZLE WITH VERTICAL NOTCH IN WATER TREATMENT PROCESS

PURPOSE: A multi-vortex nozzle with a vertical notch in a water treating process is provided to dilute coagulant and pressurized water using vortex at a turbulence part and to improve the efficiency of mixture by spraying and mixing treated water. CONSTITUTION: A multi-vortex nozzle with a vertical notch in a water treating process includes an upper housing(303), an upper cap(301), a lower housing(311), a nozzle(304), and a pressurized water connecting pipe(312). The upper housing introduces the chemical of a chemical distributing bath. The upper cap is formed at the upper side of the upper housing and includes an inlet(302). The lower housing is fastened with the upper housing. One or more nozzles are installed in the upper housing and the lower housing. A vertical notch(305) is formed at one side of a nozzle. A nozzle outlet and a vortex induction path(307) are arranged at the lower side of the nozzle. The pressurized water connecting pipe is installed at one side of the lower housing.
