Method for the enhancement of chemical sensitivity or radiosensitivity of cancer cells by inhibiting the expression of transgelin

PURPOSE: A method for enhancing sensitivity of cancer cells on radiation or compound is provided to enhance sensitivity of cancer cells and to promoter cancer cell apoptosis. CONSTITUTION: An anti-cancer adjuvant contains an agent of suppressing expression or activation of trangelin 2 protein having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The agent of suppressing trangelin 2 protein is an antisense nucleotide of trangelin 2 gene or small interfering RNA. The cancer cells are lung cancer cells. The anti-cancer adjuvant enhances sensitivity of cancer cells on a compound or radiation. The compound is cisplatin, methyl methane-sulfonate(MMS), or hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2).
