PURPOSE: A contrast medium containing fluorescence-conjugated amphiphilic polymer is provided to ensure cancer accumulation efficiency and to diagnose various cancers. CONSTITUTION: A contrast medium for diagnosing cancer contains fluorescence-conjugated amphiphilic polymer nanoparticles. The amphiphilic polymer contains conjugated hydrophilic polymer and hydrophobic material. The hydrophilic polymer and hydrophobic material are hyaluronic acid and fatty acid derivative or bile acid derivative, respectively. A drug delivery composition contains the nanoparticles.
