PURPOSE: A nuclear power plant fuel transfer pipe cut-off flange support and storage apparatus is provided to minimize a translation distance of a cut-off flange separated from a fuel transfer pipe for fuel transfer, thereby reducing an amount of radiation exposure by shortening working hours. CONSTITUTION: A cut-off flange storage part(120) stores a cut-off flange separated from a fuel transfer pipe(110). The cut-off flange storage part includes a lower storage part(122), an upper storage part(124), and a lateral storage part(126). The cut-off flange storage part is supported by a support leg(150). A guide rail(140) is arranged with a long length along a traveling direction of the cut-off flange. A first stopper(132) is arranged on the lower storage part or the upper storage part.
