PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bridge deck waterproofing composition and a bridge deck waterproofing using thereof are provided to improve resistibility of the bridge deck waterproofing composition and adhesive force between paving course and waterproofing layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bridge deck waterproofing composition comprises the following steps: heating asphalt with a constant temperature; adding 5-15 parts by weight of chloroprene rubber, 5-10 parts by weight of extender oil, and 1-5 parts by weight of peroxide to the heated asphalt in order to fuse(S30); adding 5-15 parts by weight of 1,2-polybutadiene rubber, 1-5 parts by weight of magnesium oxide, and 1-5 parts by weight of zinc oxide to the fused solution in order to fuse(S40); mixing 1-10 parts by weight of carbon black, 10-30 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, and 1-5 parts by weight of fiber with the fused solution to manufacture a waterproofing agent(S50).
