PURPOSE: A trolley for a tower crane and a luffing crane is provided to have compatibility for the selection of the kinds of the crane according to the surrounding environment of the construction site. CONSTITUTION: A trolley for a tower crane and a luffing crane comprises a frame, a sheave assembly, and a fixing unit. The frame is mounted a jib in order to have compatibility for the tower crane and the luffing crane and is slidably mounted on the jib. The sheave assembly prevents the interference of the wire for a hoist when the trolley is used for a luffing crane. The fixing unit locks the frame on the end of the jib or unlocks the frame. When the trolley is used for a tower crane, the trolley is unlocked to move horizontally along the jib.
