PURPOSE: A construction method of a floor material having improved slip-resistance and night visibility and a floor material used therefor are provided to improve visibility even if the surface of the floor material is worn away. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a floor material having improved slip-resistance and night visibility is as follows. A coating composition is spread on the surface of a road using a rake in a thickness of 2-3mm(S1). A concavo-convex part having a depth of 2-3mm is formed on the spread coating composition using a fiber roller(S2). A glass bead mixture is spread on the gully parts of the concavo-convex part using a sprayer and is hardened(S3).
