System and Method for Providing Moving Picture for Studying by Studying Situation, Devices and Recording Medium

PURPOSE: A learning situation-based moving picture and a recording medium thereof are provided to selectively play moving picture contents which are required for the learning of a student. CONSTITUTION: A code recognizer(110) recognizes encoded bit code by recognizing a pattern for a plurality of points. A motion recognizer(115) determines a problem corresponding to a bit code, a situation determining motion code regarding answers by recognizing a drag motion. An information forming unit(120) mixes the recognized bit code and the situation determination motion code. An information provider(125) offers image identification information to a hand-held moving picture player.
