REAR SIDE IRRADIATION SENSOR PACKAGE FOR INCLUDING SILICONES HAVING DIFFERENT HEIGHTS TO UNIFORMLY RECEIVE DIFFERENT WAVELENGTHS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING INTERNAL QUANTUM EFFICIENCY
PURPOSE: A rear side irradiation sensor package for including silicones having different heights to uniformly receive different wavelengths is provided to substantially receive light having different wave lengths in the same intensity by forming thicknesses of silicones to be different.;CONSTITUTION: A microelectronic device(100) includes a front side(102) and a back side(104). One or more contacts(106) are exposed in the front side of the microelectronic device. Anti-reflective coating is formed on a semiconductor region. A circuit part(105) electrically connects an internal unit in the microelectronic device and the contact.
