PURPOSE: Porous cold nano-fiber and porous gold/non-porous solid gold conjugated nano-rod for detecting molecule, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the efficiency of molecular detection by manufacturing the porous gold/non-porous solid gold conjugated nano-rod. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing porous gold/non-porous solid gold conjugated nano-rod for detecting molecule includes the following: Platinum is coated on one surface of a nano porous molding film through a sputtering method(A). Silver, gold, gold-silver, and gold metal are successively deposited in the nano porous molding film through an electrochemical method(B to G). A nano porous molding film is eliminated using a fluoric acid solution(G, I). The silver is selectively eliminated using a nitric acid(E, J).
