PURPOSE: A method and a system for inspecting creep and thinning damage of a heat exchange steam tube are provided to more precisely classify the soundness of tube, differed according to portion, by calculating real-time tube damage and accumulated damage based on measurement data. CONSTITUTION: A system for inspecting creep and thinning damage of a heat exchange steam tube comprises a signal conversion device(120), a tube damage analysis device(130), and a monitoring computer(140). The signal conversion device converts real-time operating information collected by flow rate, pressure, and temperature sensors into digital signals, wherein the flow rate, pressure, and temperature sensors are arranged in the non-heating section of a heat exchange steam tube(110). The tube damage analysis device predicts and monitors creep and thinning damage of the heating section of the heat exchange steam tube using operating information which includes the temperature of the non-heating section, steam flow rate, operating pressure, and operating time. The monitoring computer displays the real-time accumulated damage information calculated by the tube damage analysis device.
