PURPOSE: A pipe system and a tide system including the same are provided to minimize scale when the cooling water of the high temperature is directly provided to a fresh water generator. CONSTITUTION: A pipe system and a tide system including the same comprise an inflow pipe(140), a pump(150), an outflow pipe(160), and a recirculation pipe(170). The inflow pipe connected to the entrance of a fresh water generator(130) supplies the cooling water to the fresh water generator. The pump offers drive force for supplying the cooling water to the fresh water generator. The outflow pipe connected to the outlet of the fresh water generator discharges the cooling water from the fresh water generator. The recirculation pipe is connected to the outflow pipe and the inflow pipe. The recirculation pipe transfers a part of the cooling water discharged from the fresh water generator to the inflow pipe.
