PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of helical gear using forward extrusion mold for helical gear molding is provided to reduce an inferiority rate and to improve dimension precision by increasing a filler charging rate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of helical gear using forward extrusion mold for helical gear molding comprises the next step. A hollow raw material is prepared(S100). A first formed product of plain gear is formed by extruding and molding raw mater using a first mold of a forward extruding mold for helical gear forming(S200). A second formed product of helical gear shape is formed by front extruding the first formed product(S300). A part of the second formed product is processed(S400).
