PURPOSE: A depressor for sutureless vitrectomy is provided to easily apply pressure on scleral tunnel and to apply even pressure to the scleral tunnel. CONSTITUTION: A depressor for sutureless vitrectomy comprises: a main frame(110) which is prepared so that a surgical operator can grip the frame by the hand; a first pressing unit(120) which is prepared in one end of the main frame and includes a plurality of pressing surfaces in order to press a first scleral tunnel; and a second pressing unit(130) which is prepared in the other end of the main frame in order to press a second scleral tunnel.
