The Manufacuturing Method of Sintering Charcoals Using Bamboo Charcoal Powder

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of sintering charcoal using bamboo charcoal powder is provided to utilize the charcoal while maintaining properties of the charcoal for a long time, and to improve portability and usability of the charcoal. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of sintering charcoal using bamboo charcoal powder includes the following steps: mixing and pulverizing sugar 10~20 weight%, starch 10~20 weight%, and resin 0~20 weight%(a); inputting mixed raw materials in a molding frame; molding the raw materials after adding pressure and heat on a hydraulic press; separating a molded body; sintering the completed molded body for 2 ~ 3 days; and drying and disinfecting the sintered body.
