PURPOSE: A polynucleotide containing SNP derived from a gene or complementary polynucleotide thereof is provided to be used as a clinical diagnosis marker. CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide or complementary nucleotide thereof contains SNP derived from ANKRD15, HPD, PSMD9, WDR66, GPC6, PAX9, LRRC28, TNS4, AXL, and HNRPUL1 gene. The length of the polyncleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof is 10-100. A probe for diagnosing intestinal type of gastric cancer contains the polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof. A microarray contains the probe.
