PURPOSE: An ASN.1 compiler apparatus for improving the stability of a system is provided to reduce a development period by generating an automatic mutual converting function per encoding rule between encoding rules. CONSTITUTION: A vocabulary analysis module(10) recognizes the meaning of words by the analysis of the ASN.1 document. A construction analysis module(20) inspects a grammatical error when the words form a sentence. An effectiveness analysis module(30) analyzes the meaning of the sentence. A file generation module(40) converts the sentence to the language according to the grasped meaning. A mutual converting file generation module(50) generates the mutual converting file through an encoding/decoding function.
