PURPOSE: A protective device of a GPS receiver is provided to receive a GPS signal with improved reliability by effectively shielding jamming or interferential signals. CONSTITUTION: A protective device of a GPS receiver comprises an electromagnetic wave shielding unit(110) and an electromagnetic absorbing unit(120). The electromagnetic wave shielding unit forms a receiving space for the seating of the GPS receiver, opens the top, and surrounds the side of the GPS receiver. The electromagnetic absorbing unit is installed in the outer surface of the electromagnetic wave shielding unit and makes a plurality of protrusion surround the outside of the electromagnetic wave shielding unit. A plurality of protrusions has cross-sectional area getting smaller to the outside.
